PvP Starts With Rules And Maps

The May 2026 Drakantos PvP baseline uses 3 modes and 13 maps. Use that as the first filter before judging heroes, rewards or builds.

Start with PvP Modes when the question is how Control, Escort or Assault works. Keep map-specific conclusions narrow until a map name, layout or objective route is supported by newer information.

First PvP Questions

  1. Which mode are you queueing for?
  2. Which map are you playing on?
  3. What does the objective reward?
  4. Which hero can you control clearly under pressure?
  5. Which build pieces help with that exact goal: Orbs, Artifacts or Trophies?

Hero Picks Need A Mode

Do not compare PvP heroes without naming the mode. A hero can gain or lose value when the objective, map size, team pressure or reward goal changes.

Rewards And Rankings

Ranked notes and rewards can change with beta timing. Check Current Version before relying on old reward steps or assuming a PvP reward is still active.

If a future update names a ranked season, reward table or map rotation, that can support more specific guidance. Until then, treat Maps, Ranked and Hero Picks as context areas rather than settled guides.
